SUBJECT: Evaluation Committee Relative to Request for Proposals (RFP) No. 2018 -157 -WG, for
Waterless Car Wash Concession
The purpose of this LTC is to update the Mayor and City Commission on the status of Request for
Proposals (RFP) No. 2018 -157 -WG, which seeks to establish an agreement with a qualified firm(s)
for a waterless car wash concession.
The City will receive proposals pursuant to this RFP on Wednesday, May 16, 2018. The responsive
proposals will be reviewed by the Evaluation Committee in accordance with the criteria established
in the RFP.
I am considering appointing the following individuals to serve on the Evaluation Committee:
• Monica Beltran, Assistant Director, Parking Department, City of Miami Beach
• Leif Bertrand, Resident, Transportation, Parking & Bicycle -Pedestrian Facilities Committee
Member
• Benjamin Nussbaum, Revenue Manager, Finance Department, City of Miami Beach
• Timothy Schmand, Executive Director, Lincoln Road Business Improvement District
• Flavia Tonioli, Sustainability Manager, Environment and Sustainability Department, City of
Miami Beach

• Cynthia Esquivel, Resident, Transportation, Parking & Bicycle -Pedestrian Facilities
