BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
? O ' MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That notice htcs been given, as required by the
Charter of said City, that at a meeting of said City
[ Council to be held at 10 : 00 o ' clock A. M. , January
7th , A. D. 19 42, it would hear any objections
of persons interested in or affected by the above des-
ignated improvements as to the acceptance thereof, and
no objections having been presented, said improvements ,
as completed, bo and the same are hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of January,
