BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
Of MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That notice h;ts beon riven, as required by the
Charter of said City, that at a meeting of said. City
Council to be held at 10 :00 o ' clock A. M. , January
7th , A. D. 19 42, it would hear any objections
of persons interested in or affected by the above des-
ignated improvement es to the acceptance thereof, and
no objections having been presented, said improvement ,
as completed, be and the same is hereby accepted.
