BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
or MIAMI BEACH, FLO 'tDA:
That notice his been given, as required by the
Charter of said City, that at a meeting of said City
Council to be held at 10 :00 o' clock A. M. , January
21st , A. D. 19 42,it would hear any objections
of persons interested in or affected by the above des-
ignated improvement as to the acceptance thereof, and
no objections having been presented, said improvement ,
as completed, be and the same is hereby accepted.
