HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

BE IT Ri;SOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TEE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth.
its intention to proceed under sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
H-272 The alley in Forty-first Street Block
Subdivision, from West 40th Street to Chase Avenue,
to be paved, and where heretofore paved, to be re-
paved, to a width of 20 feet with a bituminous
wearing surface on an 8-inch rock base.
As said alley, subdivision, street and avenue
are shown on a plat recorded in Plat Book 40,
at Page 47 of the Public Records of Dade County,
Flori±a.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk, Plans and Specifications of said Improvement and
an estimate of the cost of the preliminary and other surveys, the
inspection and superintendence of the work, the preparation of
plans and specifications and estimates, the printing and publication
of notices and proceedinr;s, the preparation of bonds, interest
during construction, legal services, abstracts, etc. , and any other
expenses necessary and proper in conducting the proceedings and
work herein provided for; and the estimated amount to be assessed
against each front foot of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Highway Improvement ri-272, and the property against
which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall
be designated as District H-272.
