RESOLUTION NO. 5453
SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
SR-406 SR-406.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its inten-
tion to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
SR-406: The laying of an eight (8) inch terra cotta
sanitary sewer and n3cessary manholes and
appurtenances.
At or near the centerline of that unnamed street
lying West of Carlyle Avenue and running North
from 71st Street from a point at or near the
northerly line, produced westerly, of Lot 4, Block
4, Normandy Beach South Subdivision, to a point
at or near the northerly line, produced westerly
of Lot 1, said Block and Subdivision.
Together with a six (6) inch terra cotta sewer
lateral from the main sewer to the line of
Block 3, said. Subdivision, as a part of the main
improvement.
As said Streets, Avenue, Lots, Blocks and
Subdivision are shown on a plat recorded in
Plat Book 21, Page 54, Public Records of Dade
County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk, Plans and Specifications of said improvement and an
estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of
the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and
superintendence of the work, the preparation of bonds, interest
during construction, legal services, abstract, etc. , and any other
expenses necessary and proper in conducting the proceedin; s and work
herein provided for; and the estimated amount to be assessed
against each front foot of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-406 and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District 406.
PASSED AND ADOP2ED THIS 22nd DAY OF January ,A.D. 1942.
