SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
SR-407. SR-407.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
SR-407: The laying underground of an eight (8) inch terra
cotta sanitary sewer and necessary manholes and
appurtenances.
At or near the easterly curb line of Collins
Avenue, from a point at or near the centerline
of 85th Street to a point at or near the northerly
line, produced westerly of Lot 3, Block 8, Altos
del Mar No. 2.
Together with a six (6) inch terra cotta sewer
lateral from the main sewer to the line of each
fifty ( 50) feet of abutting property as a part
of the main improvement.
As said. Avenue, Street, Lot, Block and Subdivision
are shown on a plat recorded in Plat Book 4, Page
162, Public Records of Dade County, Florida, and as
said. 85th Street is named and designated in Ordinance
No. 232.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk, Plans and Specifications of said improvement and an
estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost
of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys , the inspection
and superintendence of the work, the preparation of bonds, interest
during construction, legal services, abstract, etc. , and any other
expenses necessary and proper in conducting the proceedings and
work herein provided for; and the estimated amount to be assessed
against each front foot of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR- 407 and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SR-407.
