SIDEWALK
IMPROVEMENT SK-112 DISTRICT SK-112
WHEREAS, the City Council, by resolution u passed
and adopted on the 22nd day of January-4 1942, ordered
the Sidewalk Improvement SK-112 ,
District SK-112, and has prepared and filed with the City
• Clerk plans and specifications of such imorovement and an
estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the
cost of the Incidental expenses of said improvement, and
whereas due notice by publication as required by the City
Charter has been made that the City Council would on the
4th day of February, 1942, at the City iial]. in said
City at 10:00 o' clock A. M. , receive and hear objections of
all p:;rsons interested to the confirmation of said resolution
ordering said improvement, and no objections having been pre-
sented at the time and place aforesaid,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the °aid resolution of
said Ci ;,y Council ordering said Sidewalk
Improvement SK-112,District SK-112,be and the same is hereby
confirmed, and an appropriation of $ 207.90 is hereby
authorized to be set up from Unappropriated Capital Fund,
the City Council hereby declaring its intention to proceed
with City force without contract.
