SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEIIENT SR-406 DISTRICT Sn-406

WHEREAS, the City Council, by resolution. passed
and adopted on the 22nd day of January, 19 424ordered
the Sanitary Sewer Improvement S -406
District SR-406 and has prepared and filed with the City
Clerk plans and specifications of such improvement and an
estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the
cost of the incidental expenses of said improvement, and
whereas due notice by publication as required by the City
Charter has been made that the City Council would on the
4th day of February 1942, at the City Mall in said
City at 10:00 o' clock A. i. . , receive and hear objections of
all persons interested to the confirmation of said resolution
ordering said improvement: and no objections having been pre-
sented at the time and place aforesaid,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of ItiIiami Beach, Florida, that the said resolution of
said Ci y Council ordering said Sanitary Sewer
Improvement SR-406 District Sn-406, be and the same is hereby
confirmed, and en appropriation of$ 327.25 is hereby
authorized to be set up from Budgetary Item 481-Y
the City Council hereby declaring its intention to proceed
with City forces without contract.
