SANITARY SE'7ER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
SR-410 SR-410
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made ; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City
Charter:
SR-410 The laying underground of an eight (8) inch terra
cotta sanitary sewer and necessary manholes and
appurtenances.
At or near the northerly curb line of Twenty-second
(22nd) Street from a point at or near the centerline
produced southerly of Lot Two (2) , Block Two ( 2) ,
Amended Map of the Miami Beach Improvement Company' s
Ocean Front Property, to a point at or near two
hundred forty-eight ( 248) feet easterly of the
easterly line of Collins Avenue .
Together with all necessary six (6) inch terra
cotta sewer laterals as a part of the main improve-
ment.
As said Streit, Lot, Block, Property and Avenue are
shoefn on a Plat recorded in Plat Book Five (5) , at
Page Seven (7) and Eight (8) of the Public Records
of Dade County, Florida, and as said Street is named
and designated in Ordinance No. 232.,
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk Plans and Specifications of said improvement and an
estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost
of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection
and superintendence of tae work, the preparation of bonds, interest
during construction, legal services, abstracts, etc. , and any other
. expenses necessary and proper in conducting the proceedings and
work herein provided for; and the estimated amount to be assessed
against each front foot of abuttin7 property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all -,proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-410, and the property
against which asses^.ments therefor -lay be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SR-410.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 25th DAY OF February___, A.D. 1942.
