SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made ; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City
Charter:
SR-411 The laying underground of an eight (8) inch terra
cotta sanitary sewer and necessary manholes mnd
appurtenances .
At or near the centerline of Seventy-eighth (78th)
Street, from a point at or near the centerline of
the alley west of Collins Avenue to a point at or
near the easterly line, produced southerly, of the
westerly sixty-five (65) feet of Lots Five (5)
and Six (6) , Block Twelve (12) , Corrected Plat of
Altos Del Mar No. 1.
Together with a six (6) inch terra cotta sewer
lateral from the main sewer to the line of the said
westerly sixty -five (65) feet of said lots five (5)
and. six (6) ; as a -)art of the main improvement.
As said Street, Alley, Avenue, Lots, Block and Sub-
division are shown on a Plat recorded in Plat Book
''' Thirty-one (31) , Page Forty (40) of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida, and as said Street
is named and designated in Ordinance No. 232.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk, Plans and Specifications of said improvement and an
estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of
the expenses of -preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and
superintendence of the work, the -preparation of bonds, interest
during construction, legal services, abstract, etc. , and. any other
expenses necessary and proper in conducting the proceedings and work
herein provided for; and the estimated amount to be assessed against
each front fo^t of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-411, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SR-411.
