RESOLUTION NO. 5495
SANITARY SEWER
IYIPROVEIIENT SR-411 DISTRICT SR-411
WHEREAS, the City CoLnncil, by resolution• passed
and adopted on the 4th day of March, 1942, ordered
the Sanitary Sewer Improveraent Stt-411 ,
' District SR-411, and has prepared and filed with the City
Clerk plans and specifications of such improvement and an
estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the
cost of the Incidental expenses of said improvement, and
whereas due notice by publication as required by the City
Charter has been made that the City Council would on the
18th day of March, 1942 , at the City hall in said
City at 10:00 o' clock A. M. , receive and hear objections of
all persons interested to the confirmation of said resolution
ordering said improvement, and no objections having been pre-
sented at the time and place aforesaid,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the said resolution of
said City Council ovd.ering said Sanitary Sewer
Improvement SR-411pistrict SR-411, be and the same is hereby
confirmed, and an appropriation of $606.65 is hereby
authorized to be set up from Unappropriated Capital Fund,
the City Council hereby declaring its intention to proceed
with City forces without contract.
