• BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That notice h,1:s beon riven, as required by the
Charter of said City, that at a meeting of said City
Council to be held at 1(100 o' clock A. M. , April
15th, , A. D. 19 42, it would hear any objections
of persons interested in or affected by the above des-
ignated improvement as to the acceptance thereof, and
no objections having been presented, said improvement ,
as completed, be and the same is hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of April,
