SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVELIENT SR-412 DISTRICT SR-412
WHEREAS, the City Council, by resolution passed
and adopted on the 1st day of April, 1942, ordered
the Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-412, ,
District SR-412, and has prepared and filed with the City
Clerk plans and specifications of such Improvement and an
estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the
cost of the Incidental expenses of said improvement, and
whereas due notice by publication as required by the City
Charter has been made that the City Council would on the
15th day of April, 1942, at the City fall in said
City at 1C:00 o' clock A. M. , receive and hear objections of
ally persons interested to the confirmation of said resolution
ordering said improvement, and no objections having been pre-
sented at the time and place aforesaid,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the said resolution of
said City Council ordering said Sanitary Sewer
Improvement SR-412, Dis tr. is t SR-412,be and the same is hereby
confirmed, and an appropriation of $286.55 is hereby
authorized to be set up from Unappropriated Capital Fund,
the City Council hereby declaring its intention to proceed
with City forces without contract.
