A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING
OF PROPERTY OWNERS FOR WRITTEN
OBJECTIONS TO THE CONFIRMATION
OF ASSESSMENT ROLLS.
SANITARY SEWER DISTRICTS SR-402
IMPROVEMENTS SR-402 AND SR-404 AND SR-404
WHEREAS, preliminary assessment rolls have been
• completed by the City Engineer and filed by hi.m with
the City Clerk, on the above described improvements in
accordance with the provisions of Sections 29 and 30,
of the City Charter.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miam1. Beach, Florida, that the City
Clerk cause notice to be given in accordance with said
City Charter that a meeting of the City Council will be
held at 10:00 o'clock A. M. , May 20th, A. D. , 1%2 ,
at which time all interested persons may appear and file
written objections to the confirmation of said rolls.
