RESOLUTION NO. 5534
City Engineer, MOR1IS N. LIPP, has
volunteered his services to our Country and is joining the
Army Corps of Engineers; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires that he be assured
that his position awaits his return from service,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
Miami Beach, Florida, that a leave of absence be and the same is
hereby granted to MORRIS N. LIPP for the duration of the war or
until his discharge from the Armed Forces of the United States of
America .
PASSED and ADOPTED this 7th day of May; 1, A. D. 1942.
