SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
SR-408 SR-408
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made ; the City Council hereby setting forth its
intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
SR-408 The laying underground of an eight (8) inch terra
cotta sanitary sewer and necessary manholes and
appurtenances.
At or near the centerline of Seventy-eighth (78th)
Street, from a point at or near the easterly line,
produced southerly, of the westerly sixty-five (65)
feet of Lots Five ( 5) and Six ( 6) , Block Twelve (12) ,
• Corrected Plat of Altos Del Mar #1, to a point at
or near the easterly curb line of Atlantic Way.
As said Street, Lots, Block, Atlantic Way and Subdivision,
are shown on a Plat recorded in Plat Book Thirty-one (31) ,
Page Forty (40) , of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida, and as said Street and Atlantic Way are named
and designated in Ordinance No. 232.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk Plans and Specifications of said improvement and an estimate
of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the expenses
of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and superintendence
of the , ork, the preparation of bonds, interest during construction,
legal services, abstracts, etc. , and any other work herein provided
for; and the estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot
of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-308, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SR-308.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 7th DAY OF May A.D. 1942.
