SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made ; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention
to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
SR-409 . The laying underground of an eight (8) inch terra
cotta sanitary sewer and necessary manholes and
appurtenances.
At or near the easterly curb line of Atlantic 'Way
from a point at or near the centerline of Seventy-Eighth
Street, to a point at or near the northerly line,
Produced westerly, of Lot Four (4) , Block Five (5) ,
Altos Del Mar Number 1.
Together with a six (6) inch terra cotta sewer
lateral from the main sewer to the line of Lots Four (4) ,
Five ( 5) , and Six (6), said Block and Subdivision, as
a Hart of the main improvement.
As said Way, Street, Lots, Block and Subdivision are
shown on a Plat recorded. in Plat Book Thirty-one (31) ,
Page Forty (40) , of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida, and as said Way and Street are named and
designated in Ordinance No. 232.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk Plans and Specifications of said improvement and en estimate
of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the expenses
of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and superintendence
of the work, the nrenaration of bonds, interest during construction,
legal services, abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary and
droner in conducting the proceedings and work herein provided for; and
the estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting
property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-309, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SR-309 .
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 7th DAY OF May A. D. 1942.
