Resolution 5539 RESOLUTION NO. 5539
WHEREAS, Superintendent of Parks, H. MILTON LINK, has
volunteered his services to our Country, and is joining the
U. S. Army Corps of Engineers; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires that he be assured
that his position awaits his return from service,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
Miami Beach, Florida, that a leave of absence be and the same
is hereby granted to H. MILTON LINK for the duration of the
war or until his discharge from the Armed Forces of the United
States of America.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of Way, A. D., 1942.
