BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That notice htLs been Liven, as required by the
Charter of said City, that at a meeting of said City
Council to be held at 10 :00 otclock A. M. , May
20th , A. D. 1942, it would hear any objections
of persons interested in or affected by the above des-
ignated improvements as to the acceptance thereof, and
no objections having been presented, said improvements ,
as completed, be and the same are hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of May,
