IMPROVEMENT SR-403 DISTRICT SR-403
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA:
That notice has been given, as required by the Charter of
said City, that at a meeting of said City Council to be held at
10:00 o' clock A. M. , June 17th, A. D. , 1942, it would hear any
objections of persons interested in or affected by the above des-
ignated improvement as to the acceptance thereof, said hearing
having been continued until today, and no objections having been
presented, said improvement, as completed, be and the same is
hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of July, A. D., 1942.
