A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING
OF PROPERTY OWNERS FOR OBJEC-
TIONS TO THE ACCEPTANCE OF
IMPROVEMENTS.
HIGHWAY
IMPROVEMENTS H-263, DISTRICTS H-263,
H-268, H-271 & H-272 H-268, 11-271 & H-272
WHEREAS, HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT S H,263, H-268,
H-271 and H-272, Districts H-263, H-268, H-271 and H-272,
ha$ebeen completed and acceptance of said improvements
recommended by the City Manager and the City Engineer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk
cause notice to be given in accordance with the Charter
of said City, that a meeting of the City Council will be
held at 10 : 00 o ' clock A. M. on July 15th, A. D. ,
1942, at the City Hall, at which time and place said City
Council will hear any objections of persons interested in
or affected by the said improvements as to the acceptance
thereof by the City Council..
