A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING
OF PROPERTY OWNERS FOR WRITTEN
OBJECTIONS TO THE CONFIRMATION
OF AN ASSESSMENT ROLLS.
SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS DISTRICTS SR-4o5,
SR-405, 406, 407, 410,411 and 406, 407, 410, 411
412 and 412
WHEREAS, preliminary assessment ro11s hem been
completed by the City Engineer and filed by him with
the City Clerk, on the above described improvements in
accordance with the provisions of Sections 29 and 30, of
the City Charter.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk
cause notice to be given in accordance with said City
Charter that a meeting of the City Council will be hold
at 10:00 o' clock A.M. July 15th, 19 42,
at which time all interested persons may appear and file
written objections to the confirmation of said roll.
