BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That notice 1-is been given, as required by the
Charter of said City, that at a meeting of said City
Council to be held at 10 : 00 o ' clock A. M. , July
15th , A. D. 194-2, it would hear any objections
of persons interested in or affected by the above des—
ignated improvement as to the acceptance thereof, and
no objections having been presented, said improvement ,
as completed, be and the same is hereby accepted.
