RESOLUTION NO. 5609
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
have been petitioned to consider the amending, supplementing,
changing, modifying and/or repealing of the regulations , restrictions,
and/or boundaries as provided in Ordinance No. 289, commonly known as
the Zoning Ordinance of kiami Beach, Florida, as hereinafter set
forth, to-wit:
That the Use Regulation of the following described prop-
erty, to-wit:
Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 30 and Lots 7 to 16,
Block 54, all of the foregoing being in Fisher' s
First Subdivision of Alton Beach, according to
Plat recorded in Plat Book 2 at Page 77 of the
Public Records of Dade County, Florida,
be changed from its present Use Regulation "RE" fultiple Family
classification, making that portion of said property abutting on
Lincoln Road for a depth of 50 feet, a "BAA" Business District
and the balance of the said property a "BA" Business District, as
said Jse Regulations are described in Ordinance No. 289, as
amended;
and that the area :regulation of said property be changed from its
present Area e$ulation District #14 to what is known as Area Regula-
tion District #19 as said Area Regulation Districts are described in
Ordinance No. 289, as amended.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that a public hearing be called
for the 9th day of December, 1942, at 10:00 o' clock A. N . , in the -
Council Chambers at the City Hall, Miami Beach, Floridafor the
purpose as above set forth, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that notice of the time, place and
object of such hearing be published as is provided by said Ordinance .
