Resolution 5615 RESOLUTION NO. 5615
WHEREAS on the fifteenth day of December, Mrs.
Herbert A. Frink presented her husband, our fellow
Councilman, with a baby girl, and
WHEREAS both Mother and child are reported to
be in good health,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, that the congratulations of
this body and of its individual members be and they are
hereby extended to the proud father and mother and that
a long life and a happy one be and it is hereby invoked
for their baby daughter.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the hope and wish of
this City Council for Mr. and Mrs. Frink is for "Many
Happy Returns of the Day" .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of December, A.D.
