SUBJECT: Evaluation Committee Relative to Res uest for Proposals (RFP) No. 2018 -166 -WG, for Valet
Parking Concession
The purpose of this LTC is to update the Mayor and City Commission on the status of Request for
Proposals (RFP) No. 2018 -166 -WG, which seeks to establish an agreement with a qualified firm(s) for
valet parking concession.
The City will receive proposals pursuant to this RFP on Thursday, May 3, 2018. The responsive proposals
will be reviewed by the Evaluation Committee in accordance with the criteria established in the RFP.
I am considering appointing the following individuals to serve on the Evaluation Committee:
• Rocio Alba, Administrative Service Manager, Parking Department, City of Miami Beach
• Alfred Feola, Resident, Transportation, Parking & Bicycle -Pedestrian Facilities Committee
Chair
• Femi Ogunmola, Financial Analyst III, Finance Department, City of Miami Beach
• Grissette Roque, Director, Miami Beach Visitor and Convention Authority
• Heather Shaw, Assistant Director, Tourism, Culture and Economic Development, City of
Miami Beach
• Albert Ventura, Senior Parking Operations Manager, Parking Department, City of Miami Beach
I am also considering the following individuals as alternates:
• Miguel Beingolea, Parking Operations Manager, Parking Department, City of Miami Beach
• Tim Johnson, Resident, Neighborhood Leadership Academy Member
