Resolution 5623 RESOLUTION NO. 5623
WHEREAS, NOBLE H. PARKER, Real Lstace Broker, has,
on behalf of the "Darrach 'state" , offered to sell to the
City of Miami Beach, at the price of .;:9, 187. 50, that certain
parcel of land situate, lying and being in the City of bdami
Beach, Florida, described as follows, to-wit :
Lot Forty-two (42) of Block One
hundred and eleven ( 111) of OCEAN
BEACH ADDITION NO. 3, according
to Plat thereof, recorded in Plat
Book 2 , page 81, of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida,
and
WHEREAS, the City Council deems it to the best interest of
the City to acquire said property at said price,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, that the City Manager be and he is hereby
authorized and directed to purchase said property, for said City
at said price, free and clear of all encumbrances except taxes
for the 'year1943, and subject to approval of title by the City
Attorney.
