BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
lIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA;
That notice hiss been given, as required by the
Charter of .said City, that at a meeting of said City
Council to be held at 10 :00 o ' clock A. M. , March
3rd , A. D. 1943, it would hear any objections
of persons interested in or affected by the above des-
ignated improvement as to the acceptance thereof, and
no objections having been presented, said improvement
,
as completed, be and the same is hereby accepted.
