ddhilitcAS, L. F. Snedigar, as ap;ent of the owner,
has offeredto sell to the City of Miami Beach the
following described parcel of land situate, lying and
being in the City of Miami Beach, Florida, to-wit :
Block 1,
Lot 31„bf SECOND OCEAN FROAT
SUBDIViSIOA, according to Plat
Book 28, at page 28, of the Pub-
lic Records of Dade County, Florida,
at a price of 120,000.00 cash, said property to be con-
veyed to the City by good and sufficient warranty deed,
subject to no encumbrances , except taxes for 1942 and
subsequent years and outstanding municipal improvement
liens; and
WHEREAS, the City Council deems it to the best
interest of the City to accept said offer,
NOi, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the said offer
be and the same is hereby accepted and that the City
Manager, subject to the approval of the title by the
City Attorney, be and he is hereby authorized and directed,
on behalf of said City, to consummate the purchase of
said property on the aforesaid terms.
