Resolution 5640 RESOLUTION NO. 5640
WHEREAS, it appears from a survey and blue-print made by
Biscayne Engineering Company, Civil Engineers, by J. J. Bennett,
Registered Engineer and Surveyor, Miami, Florida, on March 23rd,
1943, that a certain part of the building situated on Lots 10
and il, Block 4, Orchard Subdivision Number Four, according to
Plat Book 25 at Page 30, of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida, encroaches upon the sidewalk in West 41st Street upon
which said building abutts, as shown on said survey and blue-print
prepared by said J. J. Bennett, Registered Engineer and Surveyor,
a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, and
WHEREAS, it further appears that said encroachment does not
materially affect and interfere with the use of said sidewalk;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the aforesaid encroachment be al-
lowed to remain for and during the life of said building.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of March, A. D. , 1943.
