BE IT RESOLVED that Mr. William A. Geiger,
representing the architect on F. W. A. Docket
Fla. 8-249 (N.F. ) recreational facilities
at Miami Beach Pier, Miami Beach, Florida, is
hereby appointed owner' s chief representative
on this project, and is authorized to sign all
routine papers, payrolls, engineer's papers
and other documents required by the F. W. A.
for expediting the progress of the work.
