Resolution 5651 RESOLUTION No.5651
WHE LAS, the United States of America desires to lease
from the City of Miami Beach for the requirements of the War
Department, at a rental of 1.00 per annum, for the term beginning
November 11th, 1942, and ending June 30th, 1943, the followinm
described property, to-wit :
Lots Four (4) , Five (5) , Six (6) , Seven (7) ,
and Eight (8) , Block One Hundred Fourteen
(114) , Ocean Beach Addition No. Four (4) ,
in the City of Miami Beach, County of Dade,
State of Florida, according to Plat thereof,
recorded in Plat book 3, page 151, of the
Public Records of Dade County, Florida, to-
gether with all appurtenances thereto, con-
taining approximately 271o00 square feet,
and

lease with the request that same be executed by said City; and
10 1rRii,AS, said proposed lease bias been read in open meeting
and the execution thereof is deemed to be to the best interest of
said. City,

City of viiami Beach, Florida, that the 2,ayor and the City Clerk
be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute said
lease for and on behalf of said City.
