Resolution 5658 RESOLUTION NO. 5 658
WHEREAS, the Architect has recommended that the following
changes be made to the project known as Project Fla. 8-.249 (N.F. ) ,
A. Elimination of Project Sign
B. Alterations to Offices
C. Installing a.00r connecting office and Canteen
Storage,
which above changes will result in a net credit of $1. 50 to the
contract price, and
WHEREAS, the Architect having recommended that the changes
enumerated above be formally approved end accepted by the City
of Miami Beach, Florida,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that they accept the report of the
Architect and approve, ratify and confirm the changes herein
shown, subject to the approval of same by the Federal Works Agency.
