I still don 't know who Charles Edaar Nash is but I
now know more about him. He wrote two other books.

1 . Trailers Ahoy ! a pictorial about autos and
trailers published in 1937 by Intelligencer Print
Co. Lancaster, Pa.
2. The Lure of Long Beach (NJ) , written in
1936 for the Long Beach Board of Trade.
I spoke with the Long Beach Public Library and
with Bill Brown at U-M where a copy of Long Beach
resides. Guess what: Nash had no footnotes or
acknowledgments in that one either !
The Long Beach folks are going to do some more
checking on him and get back with me. Arva, this
man is to be taken lightly.
