VH REAS, The Miami Ocean View Company, a Plorida
. Corporation, has offered to convey, by good andsufficient war-
ranty deed, to the City of Miami Beach, Florida, for park pur-
poses, the following described land situate, lying and being in
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, to-wit :
That unnamed tract of land lying
between East Drive and West Drive
as shown on the corrected plat of
STAR ISLAND, recorded in Plat Book
31, at page 60, of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida;
and
WHEREAS, The Miami Ocean View Company desires to
retain the right to remove, within eighteen ( 18) months from
the date of said conveyance, the residence now located on the
South end of said property; and
WHEREAS, the said City 3ouncil of the City of Miami
Beach deems it to the best interest of the City to accept the
conveyance of said property,

of the City of Miami Beach that the City Clerk_ °, subject to
approval of title by the City Attorney, be and he is hereby
authorized to accept, for and on behalf of the City of Miami
Beach, warranty deed of conveyance to said property, free and
clear of all encumbrances, except taxes for the year 1943, said
deed to contain a provision whereby the abandonment by the City
of the use of such property for park purposes shall cause the
title to revert to the grantor and which said conveyance shall
contain a provision that the grantor may, at any time within
eighteen ( 18) months from the date of said conveyance, remove
from the land so conveyed, that certain residence now located
on the South end of said property.
