RESOLUTION N0. 5665
WHEREAS, the Miami Beach Railway Company has submitted
its written proposal to pay to the City of Miami Beach, for
the twelve months beginning May 1st, 1943, a sum equal to
three (3%) per cent of its Miami Beach gross revenues, said
written proposal being dated May 18, 1943, and being on file
in the Office of the City Clerk; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, deems it to the best interest of said City to accept
said proposal,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the 'ity Council of the
City of Miami Beach, :Florida, that the proposal of the Miami
Beach Railway Company aforesaid be and the same is hereby accepted.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 19th day of May, A. D. 1943.
