Resolution 5669 RESOLUTION NO. 5669
WHEREAS, the owner of Lot 9 of Mid-Golf Extension,
as recorded in Plat Book 40, at page 69, of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida, has heretofore granted
to the City of Miami Beach, without charge, an easement
over and across said parcel of land for the purpose of
installing a storm sewer; and
WHEREAS, residents of the surrounding neighborhood
have sought assurance that said storm sewer would be con-
structed as soon as possible,
NOV', THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that it does hereby express
its intention of constructing, within one (1) year after the
cessation of hostilities, a storm sewer to serve the neighbor-
hood surrounding said parcel of land.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 19th day of May, A. D. 1943.
