WHEREAS, the Architect has recommended that the follow-
ing
ollowing changes be made to the project known as Project Fla.8_2L+9
(N.F. )
1. Elimination of Heating
2. Elimination of painting of the plaster
ceilings in the west building
3. Substitution of Wadsworth panel for Frank
Adams panel
4. Wood flooring in Social Hall
5. Removal of doors and substituting double
hung windows west elevation of west building
6. Installing roof over concrete slab over the
"Hut"
7. Additional Electric Wiring
8. Replacing, glazing, recaulking, etc. , of window
openings etc. in east end of west building
9. Remove defective stucco and lath from west eleva-
tion of pent house on west building
10. Extending vent stack from toilets in east end
of west building
11. Substitution of California White Cedar for Bass-
wood black-out blinds r
12. Fluorescent lighting for Social Hall
which above changes will result in an addition of $57.40 to
the contract price, and
WHEREAS, the Architect having recommended that the changes
enumerated above be formally approved and accepted by the City
of Miami Beach, Florida,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Bead, Florida, that they accept the report of the
Architect and approve, ratify and confirm the changes herein shown,
subject to the approval of same by the Federal Works Agency.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of June, A. D. 1943.
