WHEREAS, from tine to time it becomes necessary for the
City Clerk and Oity Tax Collector, and other City Officials, to
publish notices, advertisements and legal publications on behalf
of the City; and
WH:liREAS, the City Council deems it to the best interest of
the City that a daily paper should be designated as the official
newspaper in which notices, advertisements and legal publications
of the City of Miami Beach may be published,
NOW, ThER''0.ORE, BE IT RrSOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the MIAMI BEACH DAILY TROPICS,
a daily newspaper published in the City of Miami Beach, be and the
same is hereby designated as the official newspaper of the City of
Miami Beach.
1:5,11 IT FURTnER. Ro OLVED that the City Clerk and City Tax
Collector, and other officials of the City of Miami Beach, be and
they are hereby directed to publish all notices, advertisements
and legal publications for the City of Miami Beach in the Miami
Beach Daily Tropics.
