SUBJECT: RESIDENTIAL PARKING ZONE L /MUSEUM DISTRICT - TEMPORARY EXPANDED
PARKING OPPORTUNTIES L.
This Letter to Commission (LTC) serves to provide an update regarding temporary
expanded parking opportunities for Residential Parking Permit Zone 4 /Museum District
permit holders and their registered visitors.
Due to the temporary roadwork and closure of Washington Avenue, Restricted Residential
Zone 4 permit holders (and their visitors' online permits) will be temporarily honored at the
following parking facilities:
P48 - 21St Street and Park Avenue
P51 - 23rd Street & Liberty Avenue (east side)
P52 - 23rd Street & Liberty Avenue (west side)
This temporary accommodation is effective immediately and will be honored through June
15, 2018. Permit holders have been notified and parking enforcement personnel has been
instructed to honor the aforementioned parking permits, as described above.
