SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its
intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
SR-437 The laying underground of a ten (10) inch
terra cotta sanitary sewer and necessary
manholes and appurtenances.
At or near the northerly curb line of Eighty-
third (83rd) Street from a point at or near
the westerly curb line of Harding Avenue to a
point approximately one hundred twenty (120)
feet westerly.
At or near the westerly curb line of Harding
Avenue from a point at or near the northerly
curb line of Eighty-third (83rd) Street to a
point at or near the centerline of Eighty-fourth
(84th) Street.
The laying underground of an eight (9) inch
terra cotta sanitary sewer and necessary manholes
and appurtenances.
At or near the northerly curb line of Eighty-third
(83rd) Street from a point at or near the westerly
curb line of Abbott Avenue to a point approximately
one hundred fifty ( 150) feet easterly.
At or near the westerly curb line of Abbott Avenue
from a point at or near the northerly curb line
of Eighty-third (83rd) Street to a point at or
near the center line of Eighty-second (82nd). Terrace.
At or near the westerly curb line of Harding Avenue
from a point at or near the center line of Eighty-fourth
(84th) Street to a point approximately four hundred
fifty t450) feet northerly of the northerly line of
Eighty-sixth (86th) Street produced easterly.
Together with a six (6) inch terra cotta sewer lateral
from the main sewer to approximately each sixty t60)
feet of abutting property, as a part of the main
improvement.
As said Avenues and Streets are shown on Plats recorded
in Plat Book 26, Page 63 and Plat Book 41, Page 2 of
the Puolic Records of Dade County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk Plans and Specifications of said improvement and an
estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of
the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and

superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifica-
tions and estimates, the printing and puolication of notices and
proceedings, the preparation of bonds, interest during construction,
legal services, aostracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary
and proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein provided for;
and the estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot of
abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement 9R-437, and the property against
which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be
designated as District SR-43'?.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 16th DAY OF January, A.D.1946.
