SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVMENTS SR-436, SR-437 DISTRICTS SR-436,
SR-438 AND SR-439 SR-437, SR-438 AND
SR-439
WHEREAS, on the 16th day of January, 1946 , the
City Council passed and adopted resolutions ordering the
improvements desir4nated &` Sanitary Sewer
Improvements, SRa4 437,438 Districts SR-436, 437, 438 and 439,
and directed the Ci- Engineer to prepare and file plans
and specifications of such improvements and an estimate
of the cost thereof, including; an estimate of the incidental
e: onses , and the said plans and specifications and esti-
mate of cost and estimate of incidental expenses have been
filed by the City Engineer with the City Clerk.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council. of
Miami Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk shall cause to
be posted at the door of the City Hall in the City of Miami
Beach, Miami Beach Police Station and Dade Boulevard Fire
Station, in the City of Miami Beach, a notice stating that
at a meeting of the City Qouncil of Miami Beach on the
6th day of February, 1946 , at 10 :00 o ' clock A. M. , the
City Council will hear the objections of all persons in-
terested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering
said improvement a .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of January, A. D. ,
1946 .
