Resolution 5927 RESOLUTION NO. 5927
WHEREAS, Hyman Berman and Sadie Berman, his wife ,
have offered to dedicate a perpetual easement for street and
sidewalk purposes in and over the following described property,
situate in Miami Beach, Dade County, Florida, to-wit :
The South Ten ( 10) feet of Lot Seven
(7) of Block Fifty-five (55) of ORCHARD
SUBDIVISION Two (2) and Three (3) of
the Miami Beach Improvement Company as
per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book
8, at page 116, of the Public Records of
Dade County, Florida;
and
WHEREAS, an instrument of dedication has been prepared
and exhibited to the City Council,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the Mayor and the City Clerk
be and they are hereby authorized and directed to accept said dedi-
cation for and in behalf of said City.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 16th day of January, A. D. 1946.
