RESOLUTION NO. 5929
WHEREAS, from the operation of its buses within the City
of Miami Beach, Florida, the Miami Beach Railway Company, at
the insistence of the City Council, is now paying to said. City
5% of its gross receipts; and
WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council that it would be
equitable and just to permit said Miami Beach Railway Company
to reduce the percentage of gross receipts so paid by the Miami
Beach Railway Company,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that permission be and is hereby
granted to the Miami Beach Railway C9mpany to pay the City of
Miami Beach, Florida, 4% of the gross receipts from its oper-
ation within said City, from and after February 1st, 1946, in-
stead of 5% as is now being paid.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 22nd day of January, A. D. , 1946.
