Resolution 5938 RESOLUTION NO. 5938
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That on and after the date of the passage of this resolu-
tion withdrawals of funds from City of Miami Beach accounts
in both City Depositories: Namely, the Miami Beach First National Bank
and The Mercantile National Bank of Miami Beach shall be upon regular
City of Miami Beach Vouchers, each bearing two signatures as follows:
By C. W. TOMLINSON, as City Clerk
or in his absence or inability to act for any reason
By D. J. CLEARY, as Deputy City Clerk
Countersigned by
CLAUDE A. RENSHAW, as City Manager
or in his absence or inability to act for any reason
By HARRY M. HICE, as Assistant City Manager
or in the absence of both or their inability to act for any
reason
By MARGARET L. MAC KAY, as Secretary
SECTION 2. That Resolution No. 5414 and all other Resolutions or
acts of the City Council delegating authority for the sign-
ing of City of Miami Beach vouchers or warrants be and the same are
hereby voided and rescinded.
