Resolution 5951 RESOLUTION NO. 5951 HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT H-275 H-275 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA: That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter: H-275 NORTH BISCAYNE POINT ROAD, From Cleveland Road to Hawthorne Avenue; CECIL STREET, From Cleveland Road to North Biscayne Point Road; NOREMAC AVENUE, From Cleveland Road to North Biscayne Point Road; DAYTONIA ROAD, From South Biscayne Point Road to Noremac Avenue; FOWLER STREET, From South Biscayne Point Road to Daytonia Road; to be paved, and where heretofore paved, to be rep awed, to a width of twenty ( 20) feet with a bituminous wearing surface on a seven (7) inch rock base. As said Roads, Avenues and Streets are shown on Plats recorded in Plat Book Fourteen (14) , Page Thirty-five (35) , and Plat Book Twenty-nine ( 29) , Page Sixty-three (63) , of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida, and as said Roads, Avenues and Streets are named and designated in City of Miami Beach Ordinance No. 232. The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the City Clerk Plans and Specifications of said improvement and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and superintendence of the work, the preparation of plane and specifications and estimates, the printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the preparation of bonds, interest during construction, legal services, abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary and proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein pro- vided for; and the estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting property. This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments and bonds as Highway Improvement H-275, and the property against which assess- ments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be designated as District H-275.
