HIGHWAY I PROVE1 NT DISTRICT

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is here-
by ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its in-
tention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
H-277 Carlyle Avenue from Seventy-third ( 73rd) Street to
Seventh-sixth6th) Street, Dickens Avenue from
Seventy-third 73rd) Street to Seventy-fourth ( 74th)
Street and from Seventy-fifth ( 75th) Street to Seventy-
sixth (76th) Street, and Seventy-fifth ( 75th) Street
from Carlyle Avenue to Dickens Avenue, to be paved,
and where heretofore paved to be repaved, to a width
of twenty (20) feet with a bituminous wearing surface on
an eight (8) inch rock base.
As said Avenues and Streets are shown on Plats recorded
in Plat Book Thirty-four (34) , Page Four (4) , and. Plat
Book Eight (g) , Page Forty-one (41) of the Public Records
of Dade County, Florida, and as said Avenues and Streets
are named and design&ted in City Ordinance No. 232.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk Plans and Specifications of said improvement and an estimate
of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of preliminary
and other surveys, the inspection and superintendence of the work, the
preparation of plans and specifications and estimates , the printing
and publication of notices, the preparation of bonds, interest during
construction, legal services, abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses
necessary and proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein
provided for; and the estimated amount to be assessed against each front
foot pf abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Highway Improvement H-277, and the property against which
assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be desig-
nated as District H-277.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 20th DAY OF March A.D. 1946.
