Resolution 5685 RESOLUTION NO.5685
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, the certificate of the
Acting Mayor of the City of Miami Beach, one member of the
City Council and the Supervisor of Registration of the result
of the canvass of the returns of the special election held in
said City on July 20th, 1943, and
WHEREAS, the said City Council has canvassed said returns
and certificate,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of said
City that they hereby adopt the said certificate as the result
of said election and it is hereby ordered that the same be re—
corded in the minutes of this meeting as a permanent record.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of July, A. D. , 1943.
