That notice hits been given, as required by the
Cha.?ter of said City, that at a meeting of said City
Council to be held at 10 :00 o ' clock A. M. , April
17 , A. D. 19 46 it would hear any objections
of persons interested in or affected by the above des-
ignatedimprovement as to the acceptance thereof, and
no objections having, been presented, said improvement ,
as completed, be andthe same is hereby accepted.
